Registration & Accommodation

REGISTRATION

• Participation in scientific activities, program, participation certificate is included in registration prices.
• VAT is not included in the registration prices. VAT rate is 20%.

ACCOMMODATION FEES

• Accommodation Prices are 2-night package prices, check-in on May 31, 2024, check-out on June 2, 2024, and accommodation fees include room and open buffet breakfast.
• Accommodation Prices include 2% accommodation tax. VAT is not included in accommodation prices. 10% VAT will be added.
• Final accommodation becomes final upon payment; Accommodation fees must be deposited into the congress account and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via e-mail.
• In order to benefit from discounted accommodation fees, registration fees must be deposited into the congress account before March 10, 2024 and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via e-mail.
• T.C.M.B. Effective Foreign Exchange Selling Rate on the day the payment is made will be valid.
• Topkon Tourism and Event Services reserves the right to reflect any possible changes in the amounts of taxes, duties and duties on the prices.

Payment of Registration and Accommodation Fees

Registration and accommodation fees can be sent to the bank account specified on the website or paid by credit card. 4% service commission is charged by the bank for credit card payments.

If meeting participants have made payment by bank transfer, they must send the registration and accommodation payment receipt to the e-mail address cukurovagastrointestinal@topkon.com.

TRANSFER FEES

• It is a two-way transfer fee per person for transfer requests between Hotel and Airport, arriving on 31 May 2024 and returning on 2 June 2024.
• 20% VAT will be added to the transfer fee.
• Please contact Topkon Turizm for your private transfer requests.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• All refunds will be valid if notified to Topkon Turizm in writing.
• For cancellations of registration and accommodation fees made before March 10, 2024, 50% of the payments will be refunded.
• All refunds will be made after the end of the congress.
• The following bank account information will be used for registration, accommodation and transfer payments.
